SHIPPING & ORDERS

ARRIVAL TIMES AND ETAS’ OF ORDERS

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  At PFA, once your order is placed, it is dispatched either the same or next business day depending on the time your order was placed. 

Depending on your location, delivery can be anytime within the next day to 10 days. (Can be a little longer in remote areas)


WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS

1. Order is placed 

2. The order is processed and dispatched by PFA (business days only) The control of your parcel is now in the hands of the delivery service provider. 

3. A tracking number, and link will be sent to you via email. Keep this email as it contains important information if you need to follow up on your parcel.

Orders can be sent either by courier or Australia Post. 

FREE shipping to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, ACT, WA & TAS on orders over $100  (Over $169 for NT)


MY ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE

Please locate the tracking information sent to your email when your order was placed to locate your tracking number

The tracking number will inform you of the location, delivery company and ETA of when to expect delivery of your parcel. 

The length of delivery depends on your location, but in some cases, parcels can get lost.

It is important you follow up with the delivery company after tracking your parcel to prevent any further delays. 

Please contact the phone number of the delivery company that was emailed to you with the tracking link when the order was placed. Once a parcel is dispatched from PFA headquarters, it is out of our physical control, however we do want to ensure all issues are resolved with your delivery. Customer service and satisfaction is very high on our priority list!

If a location status cannot be determined, or you have any other queries, please send an email with your name and tracking number to info@petfoodaustralia.com.au

We will then get back in touch and let you know what can be done next 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

1. Simply log in to your account

2. Browse to your product and select 'Subscribe and save'

Select 'Subscribe and save' and then select your frequency > add to cart.


3. Add to cart and checkout

Add any additional Petfood Australia items you may like. Oce you're happy. Simply checkout.


4. You can manage your subscription in your account dashboard.
